Your challenge
As soon as a vehicle is sold, you come into the picture. In fact: you are one of the customer's first points of contact. Your goal is for our customers to leave Vuren in complete satisfaction with their purchased vehicle. You do this by putting the customer at the centre of the entire delivery process. You make the vehicle delivery appointment with the customer and take care of the associated administration. This includes: Registration numbers, preparing export documents/invoices and processing license plates and RDW registrations. At the end of all this, you hand over the bus or truck and the key with papers to the customer and wave them off with a smile. Of course, you fulfil any promised follow-up actions.
Your team
You are part of a close-knit and enthusiastic team of about four employees. To avoid peak traffic and provide the best possible service to our customers, we strive for as full a complement as possible. The department is open from Monday to Saturday. Working in turns on Saturdays is part of the job. Of course, this is offset by being free on other regular days.
What do you bring?
You have a vocational working and thinking level and are commercially minded;
You have relevant work experience; it is an advantage if this is in an automotive environment;
You enjoy the varied contacts with our customers;
You have an affinity with administrative processing;
You stand your ground;
You are reliable, accurate and stay calm at busy times;
You have a good command of the Dutch language, both verbally and in writing. If you speak other languages, that would be an advantage;
You have a valid driving licence B and are not afraid to drive a van.
