Receptionist / Saturday Sales Assistant

We achieve this by ensuring that customers have the best possible experience when purchasing their vehicle — from the very first click on the website to the moment they pick up their new vehicle. We take care of the entire process. In addition, we inspect and repair many different brands of trucks and vans every day in our own workshops. To transport efficiently and reuse parts, we also dismantle vehicles on-site.

Your Challenge

On Saturdays, you are the first point of contact for our national and international customers. You welcome visitors with a friendly and approachable attitude, making sure everyone feels at ease right away. You ensure that every interaction runs smoothly from the moment someone walks through the door.

You handle incoming phone calls professionally and transfer them quickly and correctly to the right colleague. Customers also visit us on Saturdays, whether by appointment or spontaneously. You switch effortlessly, check who is available, and make sure every customer is helped promptly and properly.

You are also responsible for distributing online inquiries among the sales team. General WhatsApp messages come in through you as well; you make sure they are answered quickly, clearly, and with a customer‑focused approach before the sales team takes over.

In addition, your tasks include:

• Light administrative work — You keep the reception area tidy, handle small administrative tasks, and ensure the front desk always looks professional.

• Preparing coffee and tea — You make sure coffee and tea are always ready for customers and colleagues, helping everyone feel welcome.

• Creating a hospitable atmosphere — The reception is the heart of our company. You turn it into a warm, inviting place where colleagues gather for a cup of coffee and regularly enjoy a treat.

Your Team

You will be part of a close‑knit and enthusiastic team of three receptionists, supported by colleagues who occasionally step in. Together, you ensure that the reception is always staffed in a warm, welcoming, and professional manner.

In addition, you are part of a large yet friendly family‑owned company with around 150 colleagues. At Kleyn Group, there is an informal atmosphere where everyone knows each other and teamwork is at the heart of everything we do.

What You Bring

• This role is specifically for Saturdays, so you are fully available and able to work on that day.

• You have MBO-level working and thinking skills and a commercial mindset.

• You have strong verbal and written command of Dutch and English.

• Speaking additional languages is considered an advantage.

• You are customer‑oriented, well‑presented, and able to handle stress.

• You have an affinity for light administrative tasks and work with precision.
