Your challenge

Once a vehicle has been sold, that’s when you step in. You are the one who ensures that the delivery process runs smoothly and efficiently. With your strong organizational skills, you schedule delivery appointments on the right date and time, ensuring that customers can always count on excellent service.

Some vehicles are ready to hit the road immediately, while others still need to go through the workshop first. You keep the overview, coordinate where necessary, and remain calm even when a vehicle unexpectedly isn’t ready yet. Thanks to your flexibility and ability to handle pressure, everything continues to run like clockwork.

Are you available for at least 32 hours per week, and do you get energy from planning and organizing? Then we are looking for you!

Your team

You will be part of a close‑knit and enthusiastic team of four colleagues. To avoid peak pressure and to serve our customers as efficiently as possible, we aim for the highest possible staffing level. The department is open from Monday to Saturday.

What do you bring?

  • You have an intermediate vocational education (MBO) level of working and thinking and you are commercially minded;

  • You have relevant work experience, preferably in an automotive environment;

  • You enjoy the varied contact with our customers;

  • You are an organisational genius;

  • You have an affinity with administrative processing;

  • You stand your ground;

  • You are reliable, accurate and remain calm during busy periods;

  • You have strong verbal and written skills in Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus;

  • You have a valid driving licence B and are not afraid to drive a delivery van;

  • You ensure that vehicles are handed over to customers correctly and that the process runs smoothly;

  • You verify that the vehicle is properly registered in the customer’s name and handle this with precision;

  • You are attentive to customer satisfaction and actively contribute to a positive customer experience.
