Your challenge

As soon as a vehicle is sold, you spring into action. You are the one who ensures that the delivery process runs smoothly and efficiently. With your organisational skills, you schedule delivery appointments for the right date and time, so that customers can always count on perfect service.

Some vehicles are ready to hit the road immediately, while others need to go to the workshop first. You keep track of everything, make changes where necessary and remain calm if a vehicle is unexpectedly not ready. Thanks to your flexibility and ability to work under pressure, everything runs smoothly.

Are you available for at least 24 hours a week and do you get energy from planning and organising? Then we are looking for you!

Your team

You will be part of a close-knit and enthusiastic team of four employees. To avoid peak periods and provide our customers with the best possible service, we strive to have as many staff members on duty as possible. The department is open from Monday to Saturday.

What do you bring?

• You have an intermediate vocational education (MBO) level of working and thinking and you are commercially minded;

• You have relevant work experience, preferably in an automotive environment;

• You enjoy varied contact with our customers;

• You are an organisational genius;

• You have an affinity with administrative processing;

• You stand your ground;

• You are reliable, accurate and remain calm during busy periods;

• You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written. Speaking other languages is an advantage;

• You have a valid driving licence B and are not afraid to drive a delivery van.
