Your challenge

Then you’re a perfect fit for the dynamic environment at Kleyn! We’re looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join our Inbound/Inspection Department. In this versatile role, you’ll combine administrative tasks with hands-on operational work. You’ll play a key role in ensuring quality and efficiency across our organization.

Operational Tasks

  • Welcoming drivers delivering vehicles to Kleyn

  • Taking initial photos of vehicles for RDW registration

  • Technical assessment of vehicles for sales purposes

    • Visual inspection of vehicles

    • Conducting thorough test drives for technical evaluation

  • Performing basic tasks to prepare vehicles for sale (e.g. installing mud flaps, applying Kleyn stickers)

Administrative Tasks

  • Processing incoming vehicles in the ERP system

  • Handling transport documentation

  • Applying stickers for further operational processing

  • Recording inspection data on a tablet

Your team
You’ll be part of a close-knit, diverse team of 12 colleagues who collaborate effectively and complement each other’s strengths. Together, we achieve great results. This role follows regular working hours, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.

What you bring

  • Affinity with vehicles

  • Ability to work with automated systems

  • Logistics background in receiving and processing equipment

  • Driver’s license B or BE (C is a plus)

  • Hands-on mentality
