Your challenge

Then you’re a perfect fit for the dynamic environment at Kleyn! We’re looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join our Inbound/Inspection Department. In this versatile role, you’ll combine administrative tasks with hands-on operational work. You’ll play a key role in ensuring quality and efficiency across our organization.
Operational Tasks
Welcoming drivers delivering vehicles to Kleyn
Taking initial photos of vehicles for RDW registration
Technical assessment of vehicles for sales purposes
Visual inspection of vehicles
Conducting thorough test drives for technical evaluation
Performing basic tasks to prepare vehicles for sale (e.g. installing mud flaps, applying Kleyn stickers)
Administrative Tasks
Processing incoming vehicles in the ERP system
Handling transport documentation
Applying stickers for further operational processing
Recording inspection data on a tablet
Your team
You’ll be part of a close-knit, diverse team of 12 colleagues who collaborate effectively and complement each other’s strengths. Together, we achieve great results. This role follows regular working hours, ensuring a healthy work-life balance.
What you bring
Affinity with vehicles
Ability to work with automated systems
Logistics background in receiving and processing equipment
Driver’s license B or BE (C is a plus)
Hands-on mentality
