Your challenge

As a Client Advisor, you are the first point of contact for our (potential) customers worldwide. You communicate with them, answer their questions, and provide them with the right advice about our products, such as delivery vans, trucks, and trailers.

  • You receive and handle inquiries from customers worldwide, mainly from end users like individuals, freelancers, and small businesses.

  • You provide professional and timely advice about our vehicles and answer questions via phone and email.

  • You build a relationship with our (potential) customers and ensure they feel well-informed, so they ultimately purchase a product from us.

  • You keep track of your work and customer notes accurately in our CRM system.

  • When a sale is made, you work closely with the sales and delivery departments to guide the customer further.

  • In some cases, you proactively approach (frequent) customers to offer them old stock or new deals.

Your team

You will work in a team at the Customer Contact Center. Each of your colleagues has their own language background.

You will work during office hours at our location in Vuren. The department is open from Monday to Saturday. Working on Saturdays alternately is part of the job. Naturally, you will have a fixed day off in return.

What do you bring?

  • At least MBO-3 or 4 level, preferably with a commercial education.

  • Experience in a commercial role is a plus, but not required. The most important thing is that you have an interest in our vehicles and enjoy further developing yourself.

  • You have a customer-oriented attitude and enjoy communicating with customers worldwide. You speak at least 2 to 3 languages: English and Dutch, preferably supplemented with an additional foreign language such as Arabic, Romanian, Spanish, or French, etc.

  • PC experience to work in a CRM system for recording customer contacts.

  • Important qualities: Customer-friendly, empathetic, strong communication skills, and driven.
