We make sure our customers have the best possible experience when purchasing their vehicle—from their first click on our website to picking up their newly acquired truck or van. We take care of everything. In addition, we inspect and repair many different truck and van brands daily in our own workshops. To optimize transportation and reuse parts, we also dismantle vehicles when necessary.

Our challenge is to ensure that trucks and vans from all European brands are inspected, approved, and delivered on time. You will be responsible for having the right people in place, keeping them motivated, and ensuring smooth communication. You are a strong connector and a clear communicator.

Your role will be to help us build a fantastic team in our workshops. What we do is top-level work, and you will be the coach to lead this team to success. We are working more and more with international professionals, so it is essential that you speak at least Dutch AND English, and preferably a third language as well. You are interested in cultural differences and know how to bridge gaps between team members.

Your team

You will be part of the Trucks and Vans workshop teams, leading approximately 20 dedicated colleagues. Additionally, you will be part of a large yet friendly family business with around 150 other employees.

What do you bring?

  • A minimum of HBO (Higher Professional Education) level

  • Proven leadership experience in intercultural teams

  • Strong affinity with trucks/vans and related technology

  • Solution-oriented mindset

  • A valid driver’s license (minimum category B)

  • A commercial mindset
