Fynanch was founded a few years ago alongside the Kleyn Group. We work closely together and provide leasing services for commercial vehicles, trucks, and trailers. The Kleyn Group has been the leading partner in used trucks, trailers, vans, and parts for over 105 years.
Fynanch offers a wide range of leasing options: financial lease, operational lease, short lease, and Yallah lease. We collaborate with various leasing partners in different countries as intermediaries and also manage our own leasing portfolio, which we aim to grow further in the coming years.
Your challenge
Our Fynanch team is looking for an account manager to grow our customer base and expertly advise SME business owners on leasing. As the first point of contact, you are the key to our success. You respond to inquiries – which come in via social media and our website – provide advice, and help customers find the perfect vehicle from our extensive inventory of 1,500 vans, trucks, and trailers in Vuren.
Your tasks include:
Actively seeking new customers and expanding our customer base;
Advising customers on leasing options;
Following up on leads and closing deals;
Preparing and presenting quotes;
Occasionally issuing and receiving rental cars.
Your team
This new role within our growing Fynanch team offers you the chance to work with four enthusiastic colleagues. Our office in Vuren will be your base, where you will spend most of your time. Working from home is limited, as the dynamics in the office and direct contact with customers complete your workday.
What do you bring?
MBO+ work/thinking level;
Experience in the leasing world is not necessary, but a plus;
You have a drive to close deals;
Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel and Word);
Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Preferably, you also have proficiency in another foreign language (e.g., French) or are willing to learn;
Important qualities: commercial, communication skills, result-oriented, planning and organizing, customer-oriented.
