The first person you meet at Kleyn
Anyone who walks into Kleyn is greeted first by Céleke’s smile. As the receptionist, she is the main point of contact for customers, drivers, couriers, and colleagues. Her journey at Kleyn started with an online application. “I thought: this might be something for me. And it was.” She soon discovered that her role goes far beyond welcoming people or answering the phone.
Beyond the reception desk
Being a receptionist at Kleyn means handling a little bit of everything. “I take care of things like the fruit basket, keeping the fridge stocked, processing the mail, and approving invoices. People are often surprised by how much is involved. But that’s exactly what makes it fun.”
Working in an international environment is part of the job, too. Every day she speaks with colleagues and partners from different countries, and along the way she’s picked up bits and pieces of their languages.
Built on trust and great team spirit
In addition to the variety in her work, it’s mainly the atmosphere and the team that make her job enjoyable. Céleke works closely with both the customer contact center and the sales team. “It’s a great mix: warm and down‑to‑earth.”
What she appreciates most about Kleyn is the openness. “You can talk about anything here. And if something doesn’t go well, you’re allowed to bring it up too.” She doesn’t need big future plans to feel at home: Céleke genuinely enjoys working here. “I go to work with a good feeling every single day. And that really says it all.”
