Front Office Employee / Delivery Planning

Are you an organized professional who enjoys coordinating between customers, colleagues, and schedules? Can you keep a cool head when multiple things are happening at once, and do you get energy from satisfied customers? Then we are looking for you!

At Kleyn Group, you will ensure that the delivery process for our sold vehicles runs smoothly. Once a vehicle has been sold, you step into action. You schedule delivery appointments, monitor progress, and make sure customers can collect their vehicle at the right time.

📅 What will you do?

• Plan and coordinate vehicle deliveries

  You will schedule delivery appointments and ensure everything is arranged on time.

• Liaise with different departments

  You will stay in close contact with colleagues from departments such as the workshop and sales team to monitor vehicle progress.

• Guide customers during the delivery process

  You will provide a warm welcome and ensure our customers enjoy a smooth and positive delivery experience.

• Handle administrative tasks

  You will check that vehicles are correctly registered and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.

• Maintain oversight and solve problems

  Is a vehicle unexpectedly not ready yet? You think in solutions and keep customers well informed throughout the process.

👌 Who are we looking for?

• You have an MBO-level education and working/thinking ability.

• You are commercially minded and customer-focused.

• You have experience in a similar role; experience in the automotive industry is an advantage.

• You enjoy planning, organizing, and coordinating.

• You work accurately and have an affinity for administrative processes.

• You remain calm under pressure and know how to prioritize.

• You have a good command of both Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.

• You hold a Category B driving licence.

• You enjoy frequent contact with both customers and colleagues.
