Your challenge
Are you an administrative talent with a keen eye for detail? Then this versatile role is perfect for you. You ensure that all vehicle documents are accurately processed in our system, so colleagues always have access to the correct information. In addition, you are the point of contact for various RDW‑related matters: from registering foreign license plates in the Dutch system to scheduling inspections for vans and trucks. These inspections may take place at our own location or externally at an RDW inspection station.
You carefully check whether all required documents are complete and make sure the workshop receives a work order on time, ensuring the vehicle is fully prepared for the RDW inspection.
You also support the license plate administration and handle a variety of general administrative tasks. Thanks to your accuracy and sense of structure, the entire process runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your team
You’ll be part of the Commercial Administration department (COMAD), a team of six enthusiastic colleagues who serve as the link between sales and final delivery. They handle all documentation related to a sale, including invoicing, compliance, export documents, license plate administration, and shipping. The department is always working to ensure smooth processes.
What do you bring?
You hold an MBO-level diploma.
You are reliable, accurate, and a strong communicator, and you are able to fully commit to work processes.
You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
You have experience in administrative work or are motivated to learn.
You don’t mind working behind a computer all day.
You are available for at least 32 hours per week, with Tuesday as a fixed working day.
