Your challenge

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join our marketing team—someone with experience in B2B marketing, automotive, and/or international marketing. You should know how to ask the right questions to gain customer insights and make decisions based on our data models. With these insights, you will collaborate with our (online) marketing agencies to manage omnichannel campaigns and achieve the objectives of your marketing plan. Naturally, you’ll closely monitor campaigns, make adjustments as needed, and report successes and areas for improvement for future campaigns.

You will work systematically on all facets of the customer journey, based on your marketing plans. This includes managing the business units entrusted to you. At the very least, you will focus on our accessory and parts lines, bykaty.com and truckparts1919.com. To tackle these exciting challenges, you will have access to professional Microsoft Marketing and Customer Insight solutions and advanced data tools. You can also rely on full support from our skilled in-house social media marketer and work with professional agencies both in the Netherlands and abroad.

Our marketing team works closely with the tech department to delight customers worldwide with innovative systems and AI solutions. You will have the freedom and challenge to surprise our customers before, during, and after their purchase with useful content that genuinely helps them. This goes beyond setting up email flows—social messaging is often the most effective channel and is the number one medium in many countries. Think inbound and outbound marketing on steroids! It’s not an easy ride, but it’s certainly a fulfilling one. You’ll work with state-of-the-art systems, all ready to bring your ideas to life.

Your team

You will be part of the marketing and communications team at Kleyn Group. The team consists of three marketers (including this vacancy) and a social media marketer—a team of young professionals with a strong drive to excel in their respective fields. You will report to the Manager of Marketing, Communications, and Digital. You will regularly collaborate with buyers, sellers, HR, customer service, parts, and lease specialists. And of course, with our customers, because they are the reason we do what we do.

What do you bring?

• Bachelor’s-level education or equivalent work experience.

• Several years of relevant B2B work experience, preferably in automotive marketing or an international environment.

• Experience working in a dynamic (trade) environment.

• Proficiency in managing marketing campaigns; experience with marketing automation is a plus.

• Excellent verbal and written command of Dutch and English.

• Creativity, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach.

• The ability to work independently and take initiative.
